How to get to this page: Configurations tab > Administration > Security Role

Here you assign permissions to manage Reports. Allowed permissions are displayed with a green dot . Permissions not allowed are displayed with a white center circle . Click the circle to either allow or remove that permission.

When you allow permission to run a certain type of report, you may go one step further and assign only specific reports to which the user has access. Simply click and choose from the list of reports for that report type.

To remove a report simply click on the Remove button for the specific reports. The Remove Reports dialog will display where you may next click on the specific selected reports that you wish to remove from availability. With the report(s) selected, click on the right arrow to move them to the Removed Reports frame. These reports will not be available for the designated user.
