Creating a Schedule Budget (Supervisors)

Budget
Use the Schedule
Budget function to set, by either hours or number of employees,
a schedule budget for a week.
- On the Schedule
tab, click Schedule Budget.
- Use the display calendar
to select the schedule week. By default, the current calendar week is
displayed.
- Click
and choose
a Hierarchy Element from the pop-up
list. Click OK.
- Click GO.
- To select the Budget
Type, click
and
choose Hours.
- Enter a budget by one of
three ways:
- Click
Copy Last Week's Budget to use
the budget from the prior week.
- Click
Copy Last Year's Budget to use
the budget from the prior year.

Manually
enter the number of hours or employees in the left column, where the heading
reflects the budget type chosen in step 5.
The budget from Last Week and Last
Year are displayed for your convenience.
- Click
Save to enter the schedule budget.
